Miyako Tsuru Junmai Genshu Mibu no Yume

Inspired by the sake that the Shinsengumi members may have enjoyed, we carefully brewed this pure rice sake using a brewing method close to that of traditional handcrafting, resulting in a rich and full-bodied flavor unique to this sake. The presentation box bears the names of the 134 members of the Shinsengumi from July of the first year of the Keio era, creating a design that evokes a sense of history.
